There are 7 water crossings to get to 7 Falls! Not too bad of a hike, but on a hot day make sure you bring enough water and sunscreen as there was little shade along the way.
Optional, which is what we did, was take a shuttle to reduce the length of the hike. Shuttle is $6 per person round trip. You can purchase online or at the ticket machine on site. If it is a busy day, definitely get tickets in advance. It runs every 30 minutes. Parking costs $ unless you have a National Park Pass.
